PAYMENT OPTIONS

Diamond Classic Jewelry offers secure check out using Authorize.net and McAfee Secure. We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express for our customer's convenience.We also offer an Extended Payment Plan. Please see below.

We also offer the option of secure checkout with PayPal.

We do not accept credit cards from outside the United States.

 

EXTENDED PAYMENT PLAN

Many of our customers have ask to extend their payments over one or two pay periods.  So we have developed an Extended Payment Plan which is individualized for each of our customers.  Here’s how it works:

Once you find the perfect engagement ring on our website, call our customer service number  1-877-661-7418 and discuss this with us.  We will set up a payment plan for you with 50% of your total purchase paid on your credit card that day.  Then you can choose up to three other pay dates, to coincide with your paydays to pay off the balance.   We can set this up to charge your credit card automatically on these chosen days.

This allows you to reserve you perfect ring at the posted price, the day you make your first payment. And it helps you to budget your purchase over a couple of pay periods. It allows you to buy the ring of your choice.

Once you totally pay for your purchase,  we will contact you by phone or email and let you that we are sizing your ring (free of charge) and will send it to you by Federal Express (free of charge)!  You will still have the ability to return the ring within 30 days (of your final payment) if, for any reason, you decide you don’t want it as per our policy. You may cancel your purchase at anytime by calling customer service.  We will refund your payments to your credit card minus a small fee of $25 to cover the cost of processing your credit card and handling.

 If one of your scheduled payments is not approved by your bank, we will automatically cancel your purchase and refund all monies paid to date minus the $25 handling and credit clearing fee.  You will be notified by email.

SALES TAX

 We collect sales tax on your purchase where required by law. Currently we are only required to collect sales tax on purchases shipped to New York.

 

COMPARISON SHOPPING

To protect our customers and to keep our overhead low and maintain our value pricing we do not allow comparison shopping. That means we cannot send you multiple items so that you can choose the one you like the best and return the rest. We do have a 30-day Return Policy and our Customer Service department is happy to answer all your questions and help you choose the perfect ring.

For the same reasons, for customers who continually shop and return items, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping cost from the refund and charge a restocking fee of 15% at our discretion.

 

SPECIAL ORDERS

Special Orders are those for merchandise that is not in our basic inventory. Because they are not in our basic inventory, they are usually not returnable. We will require 50% of the purchase price upon ordering and the balance when we are ready to ship.  Customer Service will be able to answer questions about specific requests.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

For security reason, we will only ship a package to the billing address for the credit card used. If you need to have a purchase shipped elsewhere, please call Customer Service and we will help you make arrangements.

FREE USPS Priority Mail - APO/FPO boxes

 

We currently do not ship outside the United States at this time.

Other than APO/FPO address, we cannot ship to Post Office boxes.

In order to insure the security of your purchase during shipment, we require that you sign for the package, so you need to be sure to be available when it is delivered.

 

SATURDAY DELIVERY

Customer Service can help you schedule a delivery for your convenience and in fact for a small additional charge, we can provide a Saturday delivery.

 

EXPEDITED DELIVERY

Customer Service can arrange to expedite your shipment, if you need it sooner, for a small additional charge.

 

INSURANCE

Diamond Classic Jewelry will insure your purchase up until you sign for it. Once you sign for your purchase, it is your responsibility to insure it. All of our diamond purchases come with a Certificate of Authenticity and Appraisal to help you and your insurance carrier decide on limits of insurance coverage.  Please contact your insurance company. Many can provide coverage through your home owners or renters policy.

 

WHEN WILL MY PURCHASE ARRIVE?

You will recieve an email once we have given your package to FedEx. A tracking number will be included and you will be able to track your own package.

Some purchases can be shipped the next day.  Most take 3-5 days for us to ship.  The Product Information page for each item tells you how long it will generally take for your package to leave our office.  This information is the upper right of the page.

 

CONFLICT FREE DIAMONDS

At Diamond Classic Jewelry, we believe in maintaining high standards for our jewelry, which includes purchasing diamonds from reputable diamond manufacturers. We only work with providers who are knowledgeable about the origin of their diamonds and use sources that comply with the Kimberly Process and are conflict-free.
