We hope that you will always be happy with your purchase!  However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the day your package was signed for to Diamond Classic Jewelry for a full refund or exchange.

 

In order to return you purchase, it must be unworn, undamaged and unaltered by another jeweler.  It must be in the original jewelry box accompanied by the original receipt. If you purchased one of our Certified items, you must return the certificate with the jewelry. You will be charged $200 if the certificate is missing.

 

 HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE

 

In order to make your return or exchange trouble-free please contact our Customer Service Department at 646-758-0236 to get a Return Authorization Number and a Return Mailing Label or address information.   We will be happy to explain to you exactly how to return the jewelry.

 

You must return your package by US Postal Service  or Fed Ex only!  DO NOT return merchandise by any other carrier such as  United Parcel Service.

 

Use the return address label or address information that we e-mail you. Send the package by USPS Priority Mail (Flat Rate boxes are available at no charge) with insurance for the full amount. Remember that you are responsible for insurance until the package arrives back at our office.  Also be sure to request a signature upon delivery.

 

Do not write Diamond Classic Jewelry on the package for security reasons. Only use our label or address information

 

 WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND?

 

When you package arrives at our office, we will notify you by e-mail that we have received it.  The purchased item will then be sent to our Quality Control Department, where it will be inspected. If everything is in proper order, we will notify you that your purchase has been approved for a full refund and will issue a credit on the credit card you used for purchase.

 

If there are missing items, as the certificate or jewelry box, you will be notified by email that the price of those items will be deducted from the purchase price for the refund.If the item is worn or damaged, it will not be accepted for a refund and will be returned to you.

 

 ARE SPECIAL ORDERS RETURNABLE?

 

Special Orders are not returnable for the most part.  A special order is usually something that we do not normally sell and therefore cannot be put back into our stock.  However, if the instance arises, where we are able to accept a return on a Special Order, that will be determined at the time of the purchase. A restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price, before a refund is issued.  This fee will be determined at the time of purchase to cover our handling.
